Process
Kombucha is a living tea, the result of a slow process of symbiotic fermentation. During fermentation, the culture of bacteria and yeasts (scoby) feeds on the sugar and caffeine present in the tea, creating probiotics that help with digestion, immunity and the treatment of metabolic diseases.
