In its seafaring history, Portugal brought East and West closer together, daring to explore great distances and adventures into the unknown. In the 16th century, it brought tea from Japan and introduced it to Europe, enchanting nobles and commoners alike. Today, at the dawn of the third millennium, the drink is still a strong link between the two countries, a cultural exchange that has improved with the manual cultivation of green tea inspired by Japanese tea culture and handcrafted on the north coast of Portugal.

Sencha okumidori

Our kombucha is based on Sencha Okumidori, a delicate blend full of personality that has been produced by the Morimoto family in Japan for more than 40 years and is beginning to blossom in the small parish of Fornelo, 30 minutes from Porto, in the plantations of Chá Camélia.
